Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• First-time subscribers within 7 days of initial payment
• Technical issues preventing use of the Service that we cannot resolve
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Service unavailability exceeding our SLA (for Enterprise customers)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
• Partial month usage after cancellation
• Unused generations or features
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (subjective)
• Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
• Renewals (please cancel before your renewal date)

How to Request a Refund

2. Include your account email and reason for the request
3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Refund: A refund returns money already paid. Refunds are only available under the conditions listed above.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you're unsure.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in automatic account termination and may affect your ability to use the Service in the future.
